In our lives we carry many roles: Mother, Daughter, Wife, Employee, Friend, Sister
These roles are a heavy load to carry and easily buries the person who's back bares it.

Reality is that we are a WHOLE BEING, independent of allll the roles!
The weight of the roles often leaves little to no room for our core being to THRIVE.
Not thriving and only surviving results in an underdeveloped core, becoming the roles.
